REJECTED TECHNICAL TEST — 1,645 sessions were being discarded
Status: REJECTED. This project is retained only as pipeline evidence. It must not be counted as a generated clip, presented for creative review, polished into a final cut, or reused as the visual basis of production work.
Outcome
Create a 30-second vertical Motion Editorial that introduces Agent Venture Studio through a real operational failure: a company using AI every day had accumulated 1,645 Claude/Codex sessions and more than 100 Meet notes, while its video department ignored them and produced zero videos.
Audience
Founders and production leaders who use AI heavily but still treat each conversation as disposable.
Single claim
The competitive asset is not access to a video model. It is the private record of decisions, attempts, failures, and work that only the company owns.
Hook
「AIを毎日使っていた。1,645回分の仕事を、毎回捨てていた。」
Evidence
- Claude session files: 200
- Codex session files: 1,445
- PENGIN Meet/Gemini notes: 100+
- PENGIN official site, public YouTube, scripts, slides, project artifacts
CTA
「Agent Venture Studioは、眠っている仕事の記録を、次の事業と発信へ変える。」
Creative constraints
- No generic AI brain, robot, neon tunnel, abstract luminous thread, or fake dashboard.
- Use only aggregate counts, anonymized real artifacts, PENGIN public assets, and newly typeset motion.
- No client names, amounts, local paths, participant names, raw chat text, or unpublished screen contents.
- First cut is a zero-cost animatic. Paid generated video is optional, not required.
