Story Bank v0.1

Selection rule

Use events and evidence that only Takumi Ueki or PENGIN could credibly show. Generic AI news, model rankings, abstract futuristic imagery, and unsourced motivational claims are not stories.

S01 — 1,645 AI sessions were being discarded

  • Core tension: Claude and Codex are used across implementation, management, strategy, and new ventures, but the video system only looked at manually pasted text and recent model comparisons.
  • Evidence: 200 Claude session files, 1,445 Codex session files, and more than 100 PENGIN Meet/Gemini notes were observed on 2026-08-30.
  • Change: Treat work history as a private source archive; derive publishable stories only after privacy review.
  • Visual evidence: anonymized session timeline, aggregate counts, redacted fragments, code/deliverable thumbnails, source map.
  • Classification: INTERNAL_DERIVATIVE_ONLY. Counts may be used; raw text and paths may not be shown.
  • Best format: 30-second Motion Editorial / Agent Venture Studio build-in-public.

S02 — Change the organisation at 0 or 100, not halfway

  • Core tension: keeping the present revenue structure while claiming to transform the organisation creates a cosmetic change.
  • Evidence: an August 2026 management Meet note records a discussion about role ambiguity, succession, new ventures, and the need for a full rather than partial change.
  • Public angle: a founder's principle about structural change and becoming a bottleneck.
  • Classification: INTERNAL_DERIVATIVE_ONLY. Do not expose participants, clients, amounts, ownership ratios, family information, or verbatim statements without explicit review.
  • Best format: 35-second Recorded Insight or text-led founder story.

S03 — SEO and SNS were separate until the data connected them

  • Core tension: companies publish on X and YouTube but cannot explain the contribution using the same measurement language as search.
  • Evidence: PENGIN's July 2026 YouTube script, capture plan, and actual registration work for platform properties.
  • Visual evidence: owned Search Console captures, PENGIN channel footage, existing slides, annotated measurement flow.
  • Classification: INTERNAL_DERIVATIVE_ONLY until facts and screen contents are rechecked; then selected portions can become PUBLIC.
  • Best format: 45-second Product Proof leading to the full PENGIN video.

S04 — “Wakuwaku” needs proof, not a slogan

  • Core tension: PENGIN's official message is about turning the impulse to begin into form; the proof is the accumulated client work, experiments, content production, and repeated rebuilding.
  • Evidence: PENGIN official site copy, public works, public YouTube output, and internal production records.
  • Visual evidence: public site typography, approved work thumbnails, YouTube upload rhythm, anonymized behind-the-scenes artifacts.
  • Classification: PUBLIC for official-site and published-YouTube material; project details remain separately classified.
  • Best format: brand film series, not a one-off corporate montage.
