Keyframe review loop — 2026-08-30
Result
The first generated sequence was rejected before paid video generation. No generated frame currently qualifies for paid image-to-video spend.
| Frame | Self review | Claude -p review | Decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| hook v1 | visually strong, identity risk | 12/24, no clear protagonist | hold |
| development v1 | invented UI risk | 8/24, identity and artifact drift | reject |
| turning v1 | generic sitemap overlay | 4/24, no credible motion path | reject |
| turning v2 | stronger physical decision | 14/24, pseudo-Japanese and hand issue | reject |
| turning v3 | pseudo-text removed | 13/24, motion physics and genericity | reject |
| payoff v1 | strongest art direction | 18/24, real-site identity removed | hold for deterministic composite |
| deterministic decision v1 | exact source, two-state decision | 17/24, weak 5-to-1 hierarchy | reject |
| deterministic decision v2 | explicit 4-to-1 state | 14/24, duplicated evidence | reject |
| deterministic decision v3 | exact wireframe and decision language | 16/24, evidence links missing | revised |
The source article was then verified directly. Stakeholder statements are at lines 106-133 and the approximately five top-page wireframes claim is at lines 196-200. Exact claims and evidence ranges were added to the source manifest.
Claude's first review incorrectly stated that the public shoot-*.jpg files did not exist. The files were verified locally. The valid criticism was retained; the filesystem claim was discarded.
Method decision
After two generative failures on the turning point, the production method changed. The real wireframe asset is now preserved pixel-for-pixel in Remotion, and the orange rejection stroke is deterministic. Real people, logos, Japanese copy, and website UI will no longer be regenerated.
Review cost
- Claude Opus independent sequence review reported USD 1.3580755.
- Subsequent single-frame reviews were run with explicit USD caps; actual billing was not returned in text mode and remains unverified.
- Native Codex image generation is treated as subscription usage, not variable video budget.
- Paid video-provider spend: JPY 0.
