Keyframe quality gate
Score each item 0–2. A production candidate needs at least 20/24 and no blocker.
- Source specificity: could this only come from this brand or story?
- One-second hierarchy: is the protagonist immediately obvious?
- Emotional clarity: does one intended feeling dominate?
- Light quality: is the lighting intentional, dimensional, and appropriate?
- Composition tension: is there controlled friction without chaos?
- Palette discipline: are colors limited, connected, and memorable?
- Subject integrity: are identity, anatomy, product, logo, and UI credible?
- Typography readiness: is there deliberate space and depth for exact type?
- Motion affordance: can the frame become a shot rather than a zoomed still?
- Mobile reading: does it work at phone size?
- Brand integrity: are claims and recognizable assets truthful?
- Anti-template test: does it avoid stock, Canva, LP hero, and generic AI aesthetics?

- face, hand, product, logo, or interface corruption
