Observed result

Soundless Karaoke was not published. The external publication run ended with SITE_PUBLISH_REMOTE_MISMATCH; two subsequent production attempts failed before business logic ran (CODEX_EXECUTABLE_MUST_BE_EXE and spawn EPERM). There is no verified public URL and no third-party usage signal.

Workspace-only diagnosis

• site/ exists and is an independent Git repository.
• site/index.html exists and contains the self-contained MVP.
• The site/ repository origin is https://github.com/takumiueki/avs-gpt-01-business.git.
• The mismatch is therefore between that origin and the remote expected by the publication orchestrator, not an absent MVP file.

Decision

Do not submit another identical SITE_PUBLISH request until the orchestrator's expected dedicated repository is reconciled with the site/ origin. Repeating the request would reproduce the same failure and does not create customer learning.

Once repaired, rerun the existing publication path, verify HTTP 200 and the complete game flow, then request separate approval for the itch.io feedback-jam submission. Do not claim publication or usage before those events are observed.
